I. Equipment Overview:
This equipment is mainly used for grinding large and medium-sized welded steel pipes and tank body welds. It is suitable for grinding and polishing both internal/external straight welds and girth welds. With high production efficiency and low labor intensity, it achieves excellent weld grinding results without damaging the pipe body, making it an ideal equipment for grinding straight welds at the ends of welded steel pipes.
II. Application Range:
1. Straight welds and girth welds of various carbon steels and stainless steels;
2. Used in fields such as chemical industry, food, biology, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, boilers, pressure vessels, etc.;

Abrasive belt specification (width x circumference): 30-50-100*1880mm (adjustable based on grinding head structure)
Processing diameter range: 500-6000mm (can be customized according to customer products)
Workpiece surface roughness Ra: ≤3.2μm (can meet specific requirements through multiple grinding passes, depending on the process)
