Abrasive belt grinding uses the abrasive belt as a grinding tool, supplemented by the main components of the grinding head such as contact wheel (or pressure grinding plate), tension wheel, drive wheel, as well as functional components like tension quick-change mechanism, deviation adjustment mechanism, and dust protection (extraction) device to complete the workpiece processing. Specifically, the abrasive belt is placed on the outer surface of the drive wheel and tension wheel, and the abrasive belt is tensioned and runs at high speed. According to the workpiece shape and processing requirements, grinding or polishing is performed on the workpiece with corresponding contact and appropriate grinding parameters.
