Surface Grinder and Polisher
1. Equipment Overview:
This equipment is a machine tool specially used for rough grinding, fine grinding, wire drawing, and mirror polishing of various plate surfaces. It can be designed and installed with one or two grinding heads as required, using grinding wheels, flap wheels, or abrasive belts to grind and polish the surfaces of various steel plates.

1. Surface opening of various large-sized carbon steel plates, alloy steel plates, stainless steel plates, composite plates, non-ferrous metal plates, or non-metal plates.
2. Strips, profiles, decorative strips (grooves), automobiles, motorcycles, and motor laminations.

Abrasive belt specification: 2700*150mm (adjustable according to the grinding head structure)
Processing length range: ≤120000mm (can be customized according to customer products)
Processing length range: ≤3000mm (can be customized according to customer products)
Workpiece surface roughness Ra: ≤0.1um (specific requirements can be achieved by multiple polishing depending on the process)
