This equipment is a specialized machine tool for rough grinding, fine grinding, wire drawing, and mirror polishing of various plate surfaces. It can be designed and installed with one or two sets of grinding heads as required, using grinding wheels, flap discs, or abrasive belts to grind and polish the surfaces of various steel plates.

2. Strips, profiles, decorative strips (channels), automobiles, motorcycles, and motor punching pieces

Abrasive belt specification: 2700*150mm (adjustable according to the grinding head structure)

Processing length range: ≤120000mm (can be customized according to customer products)

Processing width range: ≤3000mm (can be customized according to customer products)

Surface roughness Ra of processed workpiece: ≤0.1um (can meet specific requirements after multiple grinding times, depending on the process)
