Grinding of welds inside the cylinder

This equipment is mainly used for grinding welds on large and medium-sized welded steel pipes and tanks. It is suitable for grinding and polishing both internal/external straight welds and circumferential welds. With high production efficiency, low labor intensity, and excellent weld grinding results that do not damage the pipe body, it is an ideal equipment for grinding straight welds at the ends of welded steel pipes.

1. Straight welds and circumferential welds of various carbon steels and stainless steels;

2. Used in fields such as chemical industry, food processing, biotechnology, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, boilers, pressure vessels, etc.;

Abrasive belt specification (width x circumference): 50*1880mm (adjustable based on grinding head structure)

Processing head diameter range: 500-6000mm (can be customized according to customer products)

Workpiece surface roughness Ra: ≤0.1μm (specific requirements can be achieved through multiple grinding passes depending on the process)
