Grinding of circumferential welds

This equipment is mainly used for grinding large and medium-sized welded steel pipes and tank welds. It is suitable for internal and external straight welds and circumferential weld grinding and polishing. It has high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good weld grinding effect, and does not damage the pipe body. It is an ideal equipment for grinding straight welds at the end of welded steel pipes.

1. Straight welds and circumferential welds of various carbon steels and stainless steels;

2. Used in chemical, food, biology, water treatment, pharmaceutical, boiler, pressure vessel and other fields;

Abrasive belt specification (width x circumference): 50*1880mm (adjustable according to the grinding head structure)

Processing head diameter range: 500-6000mm (can be customized according to customer products)

Surface roughness Ra of processed workpiece: ≤0.1um (can meet specific requirements after multiple grinding times, depending on the process)
